Hosted by the Rutgers University Office of Career Exploration and Success, an anticipated group of over 350 employers will be available to network with 4,500+ candidates to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities in various fields. This event is open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni from all academic disciplines.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Candidate registration opens on November 1, 2024. This event is open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni from all academic disciplines.The fair will feature a wide range of employers actively seeking to hire for various position types, segmented by day.
Day 1 (Feb. 11): Tech, Engineering, Medical & Sciences Careers
Day 2 (Feb. 12): Tech, Engineering, Environment, Food & Agriculture Careers
Day 3 (Feb. 13): Business, HR, Hospitality, Communications & Creative Careers
Day 4 (Feb. 14): Business, HR, Education, Public & Human Services Careers- Current Rutgers University Students: Students can pre-register by logging in to their Rutgers Handshake account. Pre-registration is preferred but not required, walk-ins are welcome.
- Alumni of Rutgers University RU-NB Alumni: Alumni can pre-register by logging in to their Rutgers Handshake account. Pre-registration is preferred but not required, walk-ins are welcome.
- RU-Camden & RU-Newark Alumni: Pre-registration is not required, walk-ins are welcome
PARKING INFORMATION:
Faculty, staff, and students must park in their regularly authorized lots.
Parking specifics are yet to be determined. Please check back for updates.
Alumni can park in a designated lot after registering their vehicle for the event. Until this process is complete, vehicles are not registered, and may receive citations. Special event parking and special event permits are only for visitors to the University and do not include free metered parking. If you are a Rutgers alumnus/alumna using a formerly RU-registered vehicle, please get in touch with the Rutgers Parking Authorityat leastfive days in advance atinfo_dots@ipo.rutgers.eduto have this vehicle removed from the system. The Rutgers Parking Authority cannot remove the license plate numbers of alumniunless they receive an email requesting vehicle deregistration.
IMPORTANT NOTES & HELPFUL TIPS:
- Employer Registration: Registration for employers is an on-going process. Please check back often to see which new employers have registered and for which day(s).
- Mobile Device: We encourage candidates to bring their mobile devices to the event and scan our QR code signage for a fair map and directory.
- Entrance Details: Candidate entrances at the Sonny Werblin Recreation Center will have clear directional signage.
- No Bag or Coat Check: There will not be a coat or bag drop-off at this event. Security officials will check bags at the entrance. We have a limited amount of self-service/unattended coat racks available to store your items; however, we strongly recommend leaving unnecessary belongings and valuables at home or in your locked vehicle.
- Walk-Ins Are Welcome: Have a Rutgers-affiliated friend who has not registered? No worries! Although pre-registration is encouraged, walk-ins are welcome.
- What to Wear: Although we do not require professional attire for the fair, we do recommend, at a minimum, business casual wear.
- Parking: Faculty, staff, and students must park in their regularly authorized lots.

Registration and booth pricing is per day. Multiple day participation is subject to availability. We offer a variety of fair packages based on registration date and organization type with discounted additional days.

- One6x3' Table in an 8x6' Booth (Single) or Two 6x3' Tables in a 16x16' Booth (Double)
- Electrical Outlet Access at Each Booth
- Hot Brunch Buffet for Two Representatives (Single) or Four Representatives (Double)
- On-site Parking
TRANSPORT & SHIPPING MATERIALS:
Prior to the Event: Please follow these important shipping guidelines to ensure timely arrival and pick-up of your materials:
- Please affix aPrintable Shipping Labelto each package
- Deliveries must be scheduled for arrival between February3-7
- Ship all items to 84 WAREHOUSE ROAD PISCATAWAY, NJ 08854. NOTE: DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE
- To expedite the return of displays and/or any leftover materials, please include shipping bills in your packages with instructions for attending representatives.
- Please schedule a return pick-up with your carrier prior to leaving the fair.
- For the prompt return of your materials after the fair’s conclusion, you must use the fair venue location: Werblin Recreation Center,Rutgers University, 656 Bartholomew Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854 as the pickup location.
- All material must be picked up from the venue by your designated carrier by 6 pmon Friday, February14.
- Career Exploration and Success and the Werblin Recreation Center staff ARE NOT responsible for shipping any packages left behind without proper labels and arrangements following the event.
Transport with you to the Event: For those wishing to bring your materials with you to the event, follow these suggestions:
- Drop them off at the "Materials Drop-off" location on the backside of the Werblin Recreation Center (WRC). See the "Directions and Parking" section of this page.
- From there, event staff will be able to assist you by transporting your materials directly to your booth while you park your car.
