AUTUMN HARVEST ALE (5.6% ABV, 16 IBU)
A Hopskeller classic, Autumn Harvest is our seasonal spice beer. Taking an English Strong Ale as the base, over 120 lbs. of pumpkin and 40 lbs. of sweet potato are added to the mash. 2 gallons of molasses rounds off the flavor of the beer, which is then aged on pie spice until it's ready to keg. A full bodied and complex ale in its own right, the subtle flavors and aromas from the pie spice tie the flavors in Autumn Harvest together for an unforgettable beer (allergy warning: contains cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, mace, and cloves).
MAPLE PECAN MARZEN (7.3% ABV, 20 IBU)
Our high-gravity homage to the season weds the toasty and bready malt flavors of a traditional Oktoberfest lager with 40 lbs. of local-harvested pecans with extra-dark Vermont maple syrup. The aroma presents a small amount of toasted pecan, maple, and bready flavors; while the initial flavor comes off as a traditional Marzen, the silky-smooth texture and lingering woody and nutty aftertaste lets you know that this isn't an ordinary lager (allergy warning: contains pecans).
MOCO MOCHA COFFEE CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT (7.4% ABV, 40 IBU)
Our decadent stout is back! A generous portion of milk sugar combined with cocoa and cold brew coffee extract from our friends at Living Millennially in Maeystown makes for a dark, rich beer. Expect coffee on the nose and the front of the taste, and chocolate on the finish.
HANG GLIDER LIGHT LAGER (3.7% ABV, 8 IBU)
Our light lager is made with English Pearl malt, crisp rice, and English hops to create a unique spin on the quintessential lawnmower beer. With a subtle malt backbone and a crystal-clear finish, this crowd-pleaser is just what you need for patio weather!
RASPBERRY ALE (6.0% ABV, 9 IBU)
Our “flagship beer” and an easy drinker! Aged on raspberries after fermentation, this wheat beer is sweet but tart, with just a hint of raspberry flavor and aroma. The Raspberry Ale is best enjoyed on its own, but our pizzas pair well with the beer’s subtle raspberry flavor (allergy warning: contains raspberries).
ENGLISH MILD ALE (3.3% ABV, 15 IBU)
An easygoing take on an obscure English style of beer, this pale mild ale has a deep copper color and a bready aroma. Expect a light, crisp, and malt-focused beer, with a lingering sweet finish that gains its complexity from the unique and varied grain bill. A great introduction to the world of English ales!
MARKET CROSS LONDON LAGER (5.3% ABV, 20 IBU)
Modeled off lagers popular in London in the 1920s, this beer is a unique experience that brings together heritage English malts alongside Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops. Clean, refreshing, and decidedly English in its flavor profile, this all-around easy drinker is perfect for fans of lighter beers and those looking for a lager interpreted in English style.
HIGH DESERT PALE ALE (5.5% ABV, 22 IBU)
A smooth, malt-forward beer that takes the grain bill and hop profile of an Oktoberfest and is re-interpreted as a Northwestern American pale ale. An easy-drinking crowd pleaser with a unique malt profile and a somewhat dry finish. 100% of the grain for this beer comes from Mecca Grade Estate Malt, grown and malted by a family farm in Oregon’s High Desert region.
NORTHERN ENGLISH BROWN ALE (5.9% ABV, 26 IBU)
Inspired by ales historically made around the Great Northern coalfields of England in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, this dark beer features roasted chocolate and coffee flavors with deep caramel and toffee notes. Complex, robust, approachable and the ultimate “food beer,” this brew pairs well with any of our wood-fired eats. Winner of the 2018 Post-Dispatch’s “Top Pours” event for “Best Darker Beer.”
ZERO NEW ENGLAND IPA (7.1 % ABV, “0” IBU)
A massively-hopped ale featuring none of the bitterness typically associated with hops—so little, in fact, that the beer has no IBUs to its name! This hazy, straw-colored beer greets you with an intense burst of tropical aromas from El Dorado, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops that call to mind grapefruit, stone fruit, tangerines, and pineapple. The addition of pineapple and mango rounds out the tropical flavors from the hops (allergy warning: contains mango, pineapple).
BLUEGRASS BREEZE AMERICAN WHEAT ALE (4.5% ABV, 20 IBU)
Perfect for day-drinking during any season! With a bright and fruity currant-like aroma and a mouth-watering combination of bready, caramel, and biscuit flavors, this malt-forward ale is a fun and easy-drinking beer that’s great with food or by itself.
MOORGATE PORTER (5.1% ABV, 22 IBU)
Moorgate is our darkest beer on tap -- but don’t let the color scare you! Taking cues from the easy-drinking porters popular among the working class of London in the 19th Century, Moorgate features the moderate roast and chocolate flavors we expect from a porter, as well as a medium body that keeps the overall experience a refreshing one. Fans of darker beers will appreciate the complexity of the malt bill; it’s also a great introductory beer to the world of dark ales!
ACROSS THE POND IPA (7.2 % ABV, 55 IBU)
This IPA merges the best of two styles: the grains, mineral profile and balance of a classic English IPA, and the bold hop flavors of a medley of the “4 Cs” (plus Citra!) classic to IPAs of the American NW. A lively ale featuring the dank resin, citrus and pine notes of Northwestern IPAs, yet crisp enough to make you want another!
