Today I am sharing some fantastic Soup ideas to try after Gastric Bypass Surgery. I know having a liquid diet following surgery is really important. I relied upon soups in the early stages after bariatric surgery and still do love a good soup recipe.

I’ll begin by sharing my own Bariatric Friendly Parsnip Soup Recipe. This is a super tasty low carb soup recipe that the whole family will love.
